This Latin-inspired dance and aerobic fitness class is easy to follow and is guaranteed to get you sweating. Class is for men and women and no equipment is necessary. Full body workout with high energy and fun music! Class is for all ages and fitness levels. Class is on-going and uses punch cards.

Fitness Classes

The YMCA also offers a variety of fitness classes including Aqua Jogging, Aerobics, Toning, Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Rusty Wheels, Kickboxing, Yoga, Indoor Cycling and Water Exercise. A full class schedule and more information is available at the front desk.

Personal Training

The Charles City Family YMCA currently does not have a Personal Trainer on staff.
