Water Aerobics

Emphasis is on stretching, flexibility, and cardio fitness. This program is highly recommended for reduced stress on weight bearing joints. Class is low to medium intensity. This class is for all ages and fitness levels. Class is on-going and uses punch cards.

Aquatic Arthritis Class

This specially designed class is used as an aid to help individuals to relieve pain and stiffness and improve joint flexibility in affected areas. Attention is giving to all joints in the body. This low impact class is taught in the shallow water of our heated pool.

Adult Swim Lessons

This class is for anyone 18 years of age or older who consider themselves a beginner swimmer. Focus will be on water skills such as floating, kicking, arm movement, breath control, etc. Registration begins August 19th.
